Bloomberg Philanthropies has a $1M grant open now and I am seeking a Letter of Support. We need a mayor to indicate their willingness to seek the funding. Anaheim would be great, as we could do the demo at Disneyland. This opportunity will develop a Community-Based Public-Private Partnership to demonstrate a project I have underway at UCI Dining. We are able to flip the FOG-to-water ratio, and provide a clean feedstock for AD.
